The Challenge

For many years now, Inwi has been building its position in supporting its consumers, as stated by its motto: 'maakoum koul youm' (With you every day). Exposed to numerous challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Inwi had to reinforce that promise and prove, once again, its commitment.

Strategy

A campaign based on real insights and feedback of inwi customers, in which they testify therole played by Inwi, with product offers and CSR commitment, helping them move forward, achieve their goals, and making their daily lives easier.

The Results

The campaign was innovative, emotionally-charged, and highly praised : positive interactions on social media, in particular thanks to the authentic tone of the content. The campaign also enabled Inwi to reinforce its position as a useful brand (image tracker 2020).
