The Challenge
Attijariwafa Bank wanted to launch a new customer experience to meet the changing lifestyles of Moroccans, especially first-time customers. Saga Communication supported the bank in building an independent brand along with communication platform.
The Solution
The whole strategy focused on the fact that young Moroccans today (first-time consumers) are looking for a bank which adapts to them, and not the other way around. The naming and argumentation responded perfectly to that insight , illustrated by a young, cheerful and positive visual identity, using the communication principles of the target group.
The Results
The campaign was broadly very much appreciated, and was awarded several awards at the 2017 African Cristal Festival held in Marrakech.
