The Challenge

In a context where the Covid-19 pandemic forced Kia to momentarily close showrooms to the public, our mission was to find a way to reboost sales through DIGITAL, the only channel to be considered at that moment.

The Solution

#kiam3ak (Kia with you)

The hashtag #kiam3ak portrays the value of "proximity" in order to enhance consumer care.

A series of posts were published on social media around different keypoints :

The Brand : Kia extended its warranty for the entire Covid period.

Le Kia drive: : Free car check-ups and home service for all customers.

Corona Food Baskets :  Kia launched a solidarity campaign and distributed food baskets people in need via the “Toutibykia” game.

Kia live: weekly videos to answer the questions of internet users.

The Results

Recruitment of more than 30k fans on Kia’s Facebook page and over 2000 followers on Instagram.

At the end of the confinement period, Kia stood out as a leader in terms of consumer engagement.
